Construction Conditions:

 

● Ambient Temperature: 5℃-30℃, ambient humidity: ≤85%

 

● Substrate Temperature: It must be more than 3°C higher than the air dew point temperature, and the construction can’t be carried out in bad weather such as rain, snow and sandstorm. The drying of water-based coatings is greatly affected by ambient temperature and humidity. When the relative humidity is greater than 85%, the drying time will be extended accordingly.

Painting Matching:

Surface treatment:

● Rinse off salt and other water-soluble dirt with clean water.

● Remove grease with proper detergent and degreaser.

● Make sure the surface is clean and dry before construction.

● Pay attention to the coating interval with primer during construction.

 

Storage:

● Storage time:This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, and the storage period at room temperature is 6 months.

● Storage temperature: 5°C-30°C, keep warm when storing in winter, and do not use it after freeze-thaw damage.
