High solid content styrene butadiene latex is a high molecular waterborne lotion prepared by

lotion polymerization process with styrene and butadiene as main monomers, which belongs to high-end products of synthetic latex series. This product has a significantly higher solid content than conventional styrene butadiene latex, with good film-forming properties, strong adhesion, excellent stability, and water and aging resistance. It is an environmentally friendly water-based system with no organic solvent volatilization, and is widely used in various industrial fields such as papermaking, building materials, foaming materials, textile accessories, adhesives, asphalt modification, etc. It is a core water-based raw material for improving downstream product performance and reducing production energy consumption.

4、Packing and transportation:

     The product is packed and stored in galvanized iron drums or plastic drums. This product should be stored in a clean, cool place, during storage and transportation avoiding sun light, anti-freezing, and should be well sealed. Storage and transportation temperature of 5-30 degrees is preferred.

Shelf time is 6 months from the date of production.

 5、Precautions:

    Suitable storage and transportation temperature is 5-30 ° C. When storage and transportation temperature is lower than 5 ° C, heat preservation measures should be taken. And pay attention to the transportation cannot stop for a long time, in case of latex frozen.
