GPAM is a new type of cationic strengthening agent, which is suitable for different packaging paper, cultural paper and tissue paper production made of virgin wood pulp and recycled pulp.

 

This product can be used individually, or together with dry strengthening agent, which can increase the strength of paper product, and at the same time speed up filtration function in the wet end. This product has the features of not only less consumption, low cost, and higher strength of paper product, but also speed up the paper machine efficiency. It will be the ideal choices for the clients in paper industry.

Performance characteristics

● This product can effectively improve the strength indicators of paper, such as tensile strength, break resistance and folding resistance;

● Speed up water filtration in wet end, improve the production efficiency of paper machine;

● The strength can be removed quickly after dry broke put in pulper, and make it easier for deal with broke.

 

Usage and dosage

1. According to the paper machine system and paper strength requirements, the general amount of 1kg-15kg/ton of paper;

2. This product can be added directly with metering pump, it is better to dilute with water, dosing point is recommended on thicker of stock on wire;

 

Packaging and storage

Package: 1000kg IBC tank;

Store in a cool and ventilated place, freezing as well as sun exposure should be avoided;

shelf life is 6 months.
