Brief Introduction of Constrction Technology

1.The concrete surface should be clean and free of oil,water and impurities.It is necessary to remove the loose surface layer and repair the pits and holes.

2.Mix according to A:B=4:1 (weight ratio),weigh accurately and stir evenly.

3.According to the situation of the substrate,you can brush one or more times until the surface forms a film.

4.The best construction time is within 24 hours after the primer surface dries,and the binding force is the best.

 

Package,Storage and Transportation

Component A is 12kg and component B is 3kg.

Suggested storage environment:5 ~ 25℃,stored in a cool and ventilated place and warehouse,and the container must be sealed.

Effective storage period:6 months without opening the original package;Beyond the storage period,it can still be used if the quality is qualified after inspection.

During transportation,it shall be protected from severe cold,sun exposure and rain,which is in line with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.

 

Attention

1.Components A and B must be prepared in strict accordance with the proportion and fully stirred evenly.

2.The next procedure must be carried out within 24h when the primer surface is dry. If it exceeds 24h,the primer needs to be painted again to ensure the binding force.
