Coating Method

Sprayed with professional equipment,components A and B need to be preheated before use and component B should be fully stirred before use.

Recommended thickness: 1.5~2mm.

 

Brief Introduction of Constrction Technology

1.The cement substrate is polished,the laitance is removed,the eggshell hole is smashed and cleaned;

2.Use repair mortar or cement to repair cracks and holes in the substrate;

3.Clean the substrate without water or oil;

4.Special sealing primer for roller coating;

5.Do a good job of shielding,spray the elastic waterproof polyurea coating material after the primer is dry,the recommended thickness is 1.5mm and the theoretical dosage is 1.8 kg/m2;

6.Roll-coat elastic topcoat according to specific conditions and construction requirements.

 

Package,Storage and Transportation

Component A is 220 kgs/drum and component B is 210 kgs/ drum.Packaging can also be changed according to user's needs.

Suggested storage environment:0 ~ 40℃,stored in a cool and ventilated place and warehouse, and the container must be sealed.

Effective storage period:6 months without opening the original package;Beyond the storage period,it can still be used if the quality is qualified after inspection.

This product does not contain organic solvents,and does not belong to oxidants,corrosives or radioactive dangerous goods.It will not explode during storage and is not dangerous goods.During transportation,protect against cold,sun exposure and rain.

 

Attention

1.During construction,the moisture content of the substrate must be lower than 7%,and the temperature of the substrate must be higher than the dew point by 3℃.

2.When the ambient temperature is lower than -5℃,it is not suitable for construction.When spraying,the ambient humidity must be lower than 85%.

3.Component B of spraying material must be fully stirred for 30 minutes before use to ensure uniform stirring.

4.When the interval of re-spraying is more than 2h,it is necessary to apply special interfacial agent before re-spraying.

5.It is forbidden to add thinner to spraying materials.

6.In the construction of confined space,protection should be done well and ventilation should be ensured.

7.When spraying the facade or buffer wall, spray it in a staggered way.

8.After the coating construction is completed,in order to ensure the coating to achieve the most ideal effect,it is not allowed to carry out weight-bearing operations or pile things within 24 hours to avoid damaging the coating.
