SBR-060 is a special asphalt-modified styrene-butadiene latex (SBR), which is a kind of milky water dispersions with a little blue luster, made of butadiene and styrene by cold polymerization at low temperature under the action of anionic emulsifier and non-ionic emulsifier, containing 26% bonded styrene.

 

As an asphalt emulsion modifier, the latex has great application value in road maintenance, and can obviously improve the road performance of base asphalt, such as low temperature extension ability, high temperature stability, screw deformation characteristics and anti-aging ability.

In the presence of stabilizer, the latex is easy to disperse evenly with asphalt emulsion, which can increase the bonding force of thin slurry sealing layer mixture, significantly improve the low temperature performance of the mixture, and effectively prevent road asphalt cracking at low temperature. The latex can obviously improve the high temperature performance of asphalt.

The latex also has the characteristics of significantly improving the high temperature performance of asphalt. When the latex is used to modify asphalt waterproof coating, emulsified asphalt and latex have good harmony stability. When used as modified asphalt waterproof rolling material, latex evaporation mixing method can be used to modify. This method can ensure that asphalt and rubber are in the most uniform mixing state, and greatly improve the modification effect. The latex can obviously improve the softening point and low temperature flexibility of modified asphalt coil products.

Packing and transportation:

The product is packed and stored in galvanized iron drums or plastic drums. This product should be stored in a clean, cool place, during storage and transportation avoiding sun light, anti-freezing, and should be well sealed. Storage and transportation temperature of 5-30 degrees is preferred. 

 

Shelf time is 6 months from the date of production.

 

Precautions:

Suitable storage and transportation temperature is 5-30 ° C. When storage and transportation temperature is lower than 5 ° C, heat preservation measures should be taken. And pay attention to the transportation cannot stop for a long time, in case of latex frozen.
